Beer Bread Recipe

3 Cups self rising flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 can OR bottle warm beer (Use seasonal beer for added flavor)
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 Tablespoons spices (optional) to go with the seasonal beer:
Dried orange peel with Pilsner
Pumpkin pie spice with Octoberfest brews
Cloves with Winter Holiday brews

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Grease loaf pan
Stir all ingredients (except melted butter) together
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
Bake for 25 min., then spread the melted butter on top and bake for 10 minutes or until golden
Take out of tin, let rest for a few minutes before serving.
