2 lbs. sliced zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated carrots
1 stick butter, melted
6 oz. stuffed mix

Directions:
Directions:
Boil zucchini and onion for 5 minutes, drain well. In medium bowl combine soup, sour cream and carrots. Stir in zucchini and onion. Mix well.
In separate bowl combine butter and stuffing. Spread half of the stuffing in 9 X 13 baking dish. Spoon zucchini mixture over stuffing, then top off with the other half of the stuffing.
Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
