1 Baked pie shell or Graham cracker crust 2 pt.. (4 1/2 c.) Strawberries 1/2 c. Sugar 2 tbsp. Corn starch
Crush 1 pt. strawberries and place in a saucepan. Add sugar and corn starch. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. While mixture cools, slice remaining pt of strawberries and place in the pie shell. Pour cooked strawberries on top and refrigerate.
