1c. chopped onions
2 T. butter
2c. sliced potatoes
1can cream of chicken soup
1c. milk
salt/pepper to taste
8oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter in saucepan. Add potatoes and enough water to cover. Cook for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add soup, milk and seasonings. Heat. Add cheese and cook until melted.
