1 box Linguine Noodles
2 lbs Hamburger
1/2 Onion, diced
1 Jar Chili Sauce
2 Cans Tomatoes with Chiles
4 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Sugar
Opt: Red Pepper Flakes
8 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Cook pasta according to package directions. Brown meat and onions. Add 1/4 of seasoning while cooking. Drain fat, add chili sauce, tomatoes (opt. run stick blender over tomatoes for a smoother sauce), and remaining seasonings and sugar to taste. Simmer until flavors are blended. Serve over pasta and top with cheese.
