1 lb of hamburger meat
4-5 bell peppers
1-2 eggs
2 slices of toast
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Bar-b-q sauce
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger meat, eggs, toast, ketchup and bar-b-q sauce in a bowl. I don't use it, but meatloaf seasoning is optional. Cut the tops off the bell peppers, discard the tops and clean the peppers.
Now stuff them with the ingredients. Put them on an oven safe dish and cook at 375º for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top when finished.
