1 package Feta Cheese Block 1 box Frozen chopped Spinach 2 T lemon juice 1 small onion diced Pita Pockets 1 T California Garlic Salt
Thaw spinach drain & squeese excess water, place in frying pan add lemon juice & onion. Cook until onion is semi-soft. Add feta cheese crumbling as you place in pan. Add garlic. Cook additional 5 minutes. Spoon in pita pockets. Enjoy
