2 c sugar
3/4 c corn syrup
1/2 c butter
2 c cream; separated

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 3 ingredients and 1c cream slowly to a boil, stirring contantly. gradually stir in remaining 1c cream. Stir constantly until it thickens and turns darker. Cook to a hard ball stage. Pour into a buttered 8" square pan. Cool, cut and wrap in waxed paper squares.
