2 can CornBeef 1 large Onion 1 egg 2 c flour 3 tbsp soon season salt 3 large potatoes cooked and chopped in pieces 3 tbsp black pepper 4tbsp vegetable oil or enough to fry patties.

Put 2 cans of corn beef dice l large onion 3 large potatoes diced and put season salt and black pepper 1 egg mix together and form patties pat flour with on both sides and freeze on wax paper for 15 mins Season salt and pepper on flour and fry till crisp on both sides.

My Favorite recipe from my Dad he serves it with hot rice and peas with ketchup. Its one of the dishes he was most proud of me learning to make. I think of him all the time when I make it.
