Directions:
Place frozen bag in fridge overnight to unthaw. Drain in colander till completely unthawed. Peel shrimp by pulling off the tail and squeezing under the belly with your thumb and index finger to remove remaining skin. Place in colander and air dry while you fix the rest of the dinner. Saute shrimp in butter over med-high heat till they turn color. Sprinkle with garlic powder and saute an additional minute. Serve immediately.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The secret to great shrimp is uncooked shrimp that you prepare and sauté in butter with no extra liquid. If you watch the sales you can get frozen unpeeled shrimp for $4 a pound and keep it in the freezer till needed.
