1 1/2 pounds dried small white beans
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
salt, pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 pound salt pork, cut into pieces
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Cook in water to cover 1 hour. Add molasses, brown sugar, salt and pepper to taste, onion, mustard, salt, pork, catsup and liquid smoke. Cover with boiling water and bake at 350 degrees 7 hours. Stir occasionally and add water as necessary to keep beans covered.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
