24-30 Jalapeņo ( cut in half, deseeded and deveined) 1 1/4 cups fresh shredded parmesan cheese 2 pkg cream cheese -softened 1 roll Bob Evans Italian Sausage Roll (cooked and crumbled)
Mix 1 cup of parmesan cheese with cream cheese and add cooked sausage, mix together well. Add mixture to each half of Jalapeņo, sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
