24 - mini croissants
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp poppy seed
1 1/2 lb of deli ham or turkey
1 lb swiss or provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together butter, mustard, onion, and poppy seed.
Butter rolls with mixture, add meat and cheese. Wrap in foil, bake at 350 for 15 minutes, serve hot.
