1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups butter
1 - 8oz cream cheese
1 - 16oz cool whip
2 cups powdered sugar
2 small boxes instant pistachio pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add flour, mix together then pat in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned, cool completely. Mix together cream cheese, 1 cup of cool whip, and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled crust. Mix together milk and pudding mix, mix well until almost set. Pour over cream cheese layer, top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate 4 hour to set.
