Good Vodka
Good honey
big cinnamon sticks
whole cloves & powdered cloves
Whole cardamom and powdered cardamom
little dried red chiles, such as chili patines

Directions:
Directions:
In late December pour 3 or 4 cinnamon sticks, 5 or 6 cardamom balls slightly crushed, 7 or 8 cloves, and about 5 chilies, with a few shakes of powdered clove and powdered cinnamon, and 1/2 cup honey all through a funnel into the bottle of vodka.
Seal back up and shake well to mix.
Store in a dark place on its side for a year, turning about once a month, or whenever you remember.
