1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup oatmeal
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. spicy yellow mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
1 large onion, chopped fine
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Pack into ungreased 9x5x3 loaf pan or square pyrex pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
