1 lb. pork sausage
8 eggs, beaten
6 slices of bread
2 cups milk
1-1/2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain. Trim crusts off bread and cut into one inch squares. Beat eggs then add bread, milk, cheese and sausage. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish, cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
