3/4 cup fat, margarine or butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1-1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup cornmeal 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup raisins
Mix fat and sugar in large bowl. Add egg and beat well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees approx. 15 minutes until light brown. Makes 3 dozen.
