1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 T melted butter
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt



Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 T cocoa
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, milk, butter, baking powder, vanilla, and salt together. Grease 9X13 pan. Pour into greased pan. Mix brown sugar, sugar, cocoa, and water and pour over bottom mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
