1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 cups milk
5 large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and stir in dry ingredients slowly until smooth. Gradually add milk and stir smooth. Boil, cook and stir 2 minutes. Place potatoes in greased 9 square baking dish. Cover with sauce and stir slowly to coat. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 - 40 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 servings.
