1 pkg. (30oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 # ground beef
3 stalks celery (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 jar (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Combine hash browns and soup. Spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Bake 400 for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook beef, celery and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain.
Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, chili powder, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
