1 lb. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean or your favorite)
1 small head cabbage, cut into bite size pieces
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make sausage into balls and brown well in skillet. Cover cabbage in a pan with water, salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked sausage balls and bring to a boil. Simmer until cabbage is done. Serve sausage balls and cabbage in individual small bowls.
