Salad:
2 lbs. fresh baby spinach
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Red onion, sliced very thin

Dressing:
4 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place spinach, strawberries and onion in bowl. Make dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients together thoroughly. Add dressing to salad and toss just before serving.
