2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. onions, chopped
32 oz. beef broth
2 cans ( 1lbs., 13oz) whole crushed tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen corm
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen lima beans
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen cut green beans
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen sliced carrots

In a 2-gallon soup pot, saute beef and onions until browned, about 10 mins. Drain off excess fat. Add beef broth, tomatoes, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Add corn, lima beans, green beans and carrots. Simmer, covered, until vegetables are tender and flavors blend, about 15 minutes.
Serve with hot crusty French or garlic bread and fresh fruit and cheese.
