One turkey thawed

Tamales one dozen at least depending on the size of your turkey mine was 13 lbs.

( I used chicken ones purchased at Costco from the refrigerator section next time I will use pork just to taste the difference)

Chop the tamales in rather small pieces and then crush them up further with your hands---stuff the turkey including the neck area,

Rub turkey with butter or olive oil salt and pepper, place into brown in bag, and roast as you usually would. Makes terrific pan drippings and wonderful gravy.
