2 #'s ground beef
1 large onion
1 27 oz whole green chiles
3 cups of cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion, add to ground beef and brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess grease off the beef. In a casserole dish, layer the ground beef and onion mixture, 1 c of cheese and open green chiles, about three layers. Top with cheese. Beat the milk and eggs together, pour over the top of casserole and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
