1 pkg. corn tortillas
Vegetable oil
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can Creme of Chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 pkg. shredded cheese
1 or 2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
(Maybe a little chopped onion)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet and dip each corn tortilla in oil quickly to soften. (Some of us skip this step). In sauce pan pour in the soup, milk and green chilies and heat. In a 9 x 9 casserole dish, layer the soup mixture, then a layer of corn tortillas, sprinkle with chicken and cheese and repeat until pan is full. Bake at 350º until cheese is bubbly.

This is one of my favorite Sunday dinners that Grandma used to make. I have added chicken to the recipe.
