1/2 pkg vanilla waffers - 44 cookies
1 cup pecans halves
2/3 cup icing sugar
2 tsp finely grated orange peel
2 tbsp dark rum or kaluha
2 ttsp corn syrup
1 ttsp water
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sweetened coconut

place wafers and pecans in food processors. Finley grind. add sugar and orange peel and pulse until mixed. in a small bowl stir rum, corn syrup and water. with food processor running pour corn syrup mixture and blend. separate the orange juice and coconut in two separate bowls and dip mixture into juice then coconut
