1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. frozen shredded hash browns
4 oz. chopped green chilies
1 T. taco seasoning
1 T. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Corn chips, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onions for toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except corn chips, cheese and green onions, in a large saucepan. Stir until well blended. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with corn chips, cheese and green onions, if desired.
