1 stick oleo
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 c chopped walnuts and pecans
9 by 13 pan
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 container cool whip
2 pkgs instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1/2 more cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oleo flour and nuts. Place in bottom of baking dish for 15 minutes at 325 deg. to make crust. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 container of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Mix together pudding and milk and place on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip and refrigerate.
