2 small cans of tuna or 1 large can
onion (optional)
Instant Mashed Potatoes
Garlic salt
Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray casserole dish and add the tuna and as much chopped onion as you like. Mix together.

Prepare Instant Potatoes for amount you need as stated on the box but instead of using regular salt add some garlic salt

When they are ready, put on top of tuna/onion mixture. Cover potatoes with cheese. (We like mild colby but any kind is fine) Put in 350 degree oven until cheese melts. Serve
