4 c. fresh or frozen (thawed) washed blueberries
1/4 c. minute tapioca
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix washed blueberries (pat them dry), sugar, tapioca, lemon juice and let stand 15 minutes. Line pie plate with pie crust. Fill with fruit mixture and dot with 1 tbsp butter. Cover with top crust; seal and flute edge. Cut several slices in top crust. Bake at 400º for 45 to 50 minutes or until juices forms bubbles that burst slowly. Cool
