3 eggs
2 2/3 tbsp milk
2 cups sugar
3 1/2 tbsp tapioca
3 tsp nutmeg
4 cups rhubarb
1 tbsp butter
pastry for two crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400 . Beat eggs, add milk. Mix together sugar, tapioca, nutmeg and stir in. Mix in rhubarb. Put in pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover with top. Bake 50 - 60 minutes.
