2 pds. OF HAMBURGER, 1 LARGE ONION.2 CANS OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP. 2 CANS OF MILK FROM SOUP CANS. 2 CUPS OF WHITE RICE UNCOOKED. SOY SAUCE, 2 CANS OF MUSHROOMS IF YOU LIKE, YOU DONT HAVE TOO USE THEM. COOK HAMBURGER, DRAIN GREASE, PUT INTO A BIG BOWL TOO ADD ALL THE OTHER STUFF, MIX WELL ADD SALT AND PEPPER, SOY SAUCE. IN A 9X13 PAN SPRAY FIRST ADD THE HOTDISH TOO PAN MAKE IT EVEN. ADD FROZEN TATER TOTS ON TOP. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HR AND 20 MINUTES. ALSO ADD 1 STALK OF CELERY CUT UP.
