1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp McCormick Pumpkin Pie spice
1 Tbsp self rising flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups strained or canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cup milk (part light cream or half & half)
makes a richer filling

Line 9-inch pie shell with pastry.
Mix together sugar, spice, flour, and salt.
Beat egg until light and fluffy.
Stir in pumpkin, and dry ingredients, mixing well.
Gradually stir in milk, mix until thoroughly blended.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
