Parmesan cheese
or 2 slices American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pop popcorn according to package directions.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Pour over popcorn; gently toss popcorn as you pour. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Or melt butter and American cheese together, then drizzle over the popcorn.

Dad would have a snack every night. It might be a spoonful of peanut butter, crackers in milk, a grapefruit or this popcorn.
