1 CHUCK ROAST COOKED IN OVEN AT 375 FOR1HR1/2 TURNING AFTER 30 MINUTES. ADD 1 CUP OF WATER, 1 SLICED ONION, IN A KETTLE ADD YOUR BEEF CUBES 5-8 OF THEM, 2CUPS OF WATER, AND 3-4 CANS OF BEEF BROTH. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, VEGETABLE FOR SOUP 2 PACKAGES FROZEN. 1 STALK OF CELERY CUT UP BIG. ALSO CARROTTS. AND POTATOES 5-6 DICED ADD TOO KETTLE. COOK TILL TENDER 35-50 MINS. ADD SALT AND PEPPER FOR TASTE.
