Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
3 pounds hamburger
1 clove garlic
1 medium onion
2 celery stalks
2 cans mushrooms, undrained
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oregano
2 teaspoon basil
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
plenty of cooked spaghetti noodles

Directions:

Cook hamburger, onions, garlic, celery and butter in skillet till hamburger is no longer pink. Do not over cook. Do not drain. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles. Simmer one hour. Serve with cooked spaghetti and crusty garlic bread.
