1 package dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
4 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Put yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, and flour. Mix well. Knead. Shape into pretzels. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
