1 package dry yeast 1 1/2 cups warm water 4 cups flour 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 egg coarse salt
Preheat oven to 425. Put yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, and flour. Mix well. Knead. Shape into pretzels. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
