1 12 ounce package chocolate chips
1 14 ounce sweetened cond milk
2 tbsp butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 10 1/2 ounce mini marshmallows

Directions:
In the top of a double boiler melt morsels wit sweetened cond milk and butter. Remove from heat. In a large bowel combine nuts and marshmallows. Fold in chocolate mixture. Spread in a wax paper lined 13 x 9 pan. Chill 2 hours . Peel off paper and cut into squares.
