8 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 T. parsley flakes
5 c. water
1 T. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
1-13 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients, except the evaporated milk, in the crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. (High: 3-4 hours) Stir in evaporated milk during the last hour.
