1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup lard or shortening
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Lard and boiling water. Then add flour, baking powder and salt. Let stand until cool. May be stored in refrigerator and used as needed. Soften at room temp before using.
