1 package carmels
1/4 Cup evaporated milk
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cups butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
In a large bowel combine: cake mix, butter, and 1/4 cup evaporated milk.
Press 1/2 dough into pan.Baake 6 minutes. In a sauce pan combine carmels and 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Heat until melted.
Spread carmel mixture over crust. Sprinkle with chips. crumble reserved dough over carmel mixture.
Bake an additional 15 - 18 minutes.
