2 c. sugar
2 T. instant coffee
2 c. boiling water

1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1/2 gal. chocolate ice cream
1/2 gal. whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir sugar, coffee and water until thickened. (You can do this a day ahead.)

About 30 minutes before serving, mix the coffee syrup, the ice creams and the milk in a punch bowl.

I don't like coffee, but I DO like this punch! You can use inexpensive, store-brand ice creams and it still tastes great! Nice for a shower or a brunch.
