1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2. tsp. cinnamon
2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine cake mix and butter; mix until crumbly. Reserve 2/3 c. for topping.

Add brown sugar and cinnamon to topping; mix well and set aside.

Press remaining cake and butter mixture into an ungreased 13 X 9 pan. Arrange apples evenly over mixture. Blend sour cream and egg, Spread evenly over apples. Sprinkle topping over all.

Bake approximately 25-30 minutes, until topping is brown and bubbly.

Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers.
