1 onion, chopped
2 lb. ground beef
3-8 oz. cans tomato sauce
2-10 oz. cans enchilada sauce
2-15 oz. cans chili beans
1 T. green chili salsa
1 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Serve over:
Fritos
with:
Lettuce, shredded or chopped
Tomatoes, diced
Hot Sauce
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream
Onions, chopped
Black Olives, chopped or sliced

Brown ground beef and onion until meat is no longer pink, breaking up meat as it cooks. Drain.

Put meat and onion in a slow cooker and add all other ingredients. Cook 6-8 hours on low.

We have served these for large groups of Purdue students for years. Everyone can use their favorite taco toppings. Adjust to your family's liking by using hot or mild enchilada sauce, hot or mild chili beans, etc.
