6 or 7 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter/margarine, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. white sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 9 in. pie crust

Directions:

In large bowl stir together apples, 1/2 c sugar, lemon juice and 1/8 cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. spread into pie crust.

In medium bowl, stir together flour and softened butter. Add brown sugar, 2 tbsp white sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon, stirring until combined. Crumble mixture over pie filling. Serve warm with ice cream or rediwhip.
