(8) 10 oz packages frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 c freshly grated Romano cheese
2/3 c chopped Vidalia onion
2/3 heavy cream
stick of butter
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze spinach thoroughly to remove excess water
Place in large bowl
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
Pour mixture into 9 x 13 ungreased baking dish
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes
