Ingredients:  
2 c . brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. dark. Karo syrup
1 t. salt
1/2 t. soda
5 qts. popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, syrup, salt. Boil five minutes (do not stir). Remove from heat and immediate stir in soda.
Add popcorn and carefully stir to coat popcorn.
Bake @ 250 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool on wax paper.
