4+ cups white meat chicken, cooked and chopped
1/4 lb butter
8 T all purpose flour
1 c heavy cream
3/4 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz sliced mushrooms
3 oz slivered almonds - toasted
3 T minced celery
1 T salt
1/2 t pepper
8 oz cooked spaghetti
4 c chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, heat butter
Gradually add flour and blend
Slowly add chicken broth and cream
Stir over low heat until thickened
Add cheese and stir until melted
Add chicken and remaining ingredients and mix well
Place into 2 buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole dishes
Bake at 350º for approximately 30 minutes until bubbly
